Kimkins, AKA Kimmer, lies and puts people trying to lose weight in danger. She advocates an extremely low calorie and low carb diet. This is a deadly combination. Kimmer (the creator of this diet) claims to have lost 118 lbs but she is in fact morbidly obese and has lost all her hair. She lies and puts up fake pictures (stock photos) of herself on her site.
